Refund Policy

1. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable, and you keep access until the end of that month.
2. Billing cycle
All subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer annual prepayment or multi-month commitments at this time.
3. Upgrades and proration
When you upgrade mid-period, the unused value of your current plan is credited toward the upgrade. Downgrades take effect at renewal and are not refunded as cash.
4. Bank transfer payments
Where bank transfer is offered, refunds for eligible bank-transfer payments are returned to the originating account within a reasonable period after approval.
5. How to request
Request a refund from billing settings or by contacting [legal@your-domain] with your workspace and payment reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected by this policy.
