- What is an AI credit?
- One credit is one AI action: a question to Document Brain, a redaction scan, a form auto-fill, a contract risk score, or one minute of podcast audio. Credits reset monthly and unused credits don't roll over.
- Can I pay by bank transfer?
- Yes, on any plan where we offer it. Checkout gives you a payment reference and the bank details; upload the receipt and your plan activates as soon as the transfer is verified — usually within one business day. Bank-transfer plans renew by invoice, with a 14-day window to pay.
- What happens if I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
- Upgrades apply immediately and the unused part of your current month is credited against the new price. Downgrades take effect at the end of the month you've already paid for — nothing is lost.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You keep full access to the non-AI toolkit. AI features pause until the next cycle, or you can top up or upgrade at any time.
- How do I get started?
- Create an account, pick the plan that fits, and pay with PayPal or card — your workspace activates immediately. There's no free tier; every plan is a paid subscription you can cancel anytime.
- Do Business seats share credits?
- Yes. Business credits are pooled across the workspace so heavy and light users balance out.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Plans can be cancelled anytime and will stop at the end of the current paid month. We don't refund the current month, but you keep access to the end of it. See our Refund Policy for details.
